We have an updated bio for Barry. Here it is Barry Judis has over 52 years of experience in the private or “hard money” lending

industry. His primary responsibility at Lantern is originating 1st and 2nd position mortgage

loans obtained from his extensive network of both real estate and loan brokers. Before

Lantern, Barry served as a Senior Account Executive at Northern California based

Redwood Mortgage. Before that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating

Officer of All California Funding located in Encino, California.

Barry began his career at Aames Financial Corporation. in Los Angeles, where he worked

for 31 years, eventually rising to Senior Vice President in charge of the company’s private

investor division. His early entry into the field allowed him to obtain experience in all

aspects of the business, including loan servicing and origination, underwriting, appraising,

investor sales, and corporate management. Barry received a BA in Psychology from

California State University, Northridge and holds a California Real Estate Broker License. A

San Fernando Valley native, Barry is married and currently resides in Oxnard, California,

with his wife Sam and their Malti-Poo dog Bear.
