Lusine Hayrapetyan serves as Vice President of Investment Services, where she oversees both the Investment Department and the REO Department. Since joining the company in 2003, she has demonstrated exceptional growth and leadership, beginning her career as an Insurance Clerk and advancing to Supervisor of Investment Services before assuming her current executive role. Along the way, she earned her Real Estate License, further strengthening her expertise in the industry.

Lusine brings over two decades of hands-on experience in investment services, operations, and real estate asset management. Her deep institutional knowledge, combined with a strategic and client-focused approach, has made her an integral leader within the organization.

A multilingual professional fluent in Armenian, Russian, English, and Spanish, Lusine plays a key role in bridging communication gaps in the diverse Los Angeles market. She frequently serves as a trusted translator and cultural liaison for clients, enhancing relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Lusine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA from California State University, Monterey. Her academic background, paired with her extensive professional experience, reflects a strong foundation in analytical thinking, leadership, and business strategy.
